Step 3. Click and give details on the form. If the Form moves out side the visible portion place the cursor anywhere on the map other than the form and move it
Step 4. If you dont mind information being made public select NO
Step 5. Click Save button to upload the data . If you donot want to save the data press X mark at the top right corner of the form
Step 6 if you want to see that data uploaded (if marked not to be kept confidential then you can follow the same procedure at at 1 and 2 above but this time click on the red icon)
